Low expectations lead to happiness.But who has low expectations anyway ?If I have a chance to dream I'll grab it without even thinking.A person without dreams is nothing.If not nothing at least empty.But dreaming leads to high expectations.So you get to a point when you're just miserable.Satisfied with nothing.That's a curse.You'll never find peace of mind.You've got to stop thinking about the future,stop searching for meanings.Stop thinking what it could be,realize what it is now,accept it,then you're happy.There is no solution in this,like a circle has no edges.If you have dreams you'll never get satisfaction.You will always crave for something more.And if you don't have dreams you're just a person with no goals,no vision,no lust for life.You rewind situations in your head thinking "I was happy then".No you weren't happy because you didn't appreciate what you had.You are tired of thinking everything way too much.And everyone is tired of dealing with your insecurities and anxieties.You're unbearable,destroying every fucking good thing that happens to you.Truth is good things will happen,just be there,mentally there to live them.Bad thing will happen also,you can't avoid them,no matter what.Everyone is a survivor.All of us have survived from fucked up situations.Just don't do it in a pathetic,sad way.Because you've got to get over a lot of bad situations in the future,you've got to be strong.Cut the crap,you're still alive.Remember that.There are some pretty serious problems and you keep crying your heart out about bullshits.So when a fire starts,are you gonna fight the first flames or let everything burn?Fight for what you want.Fear never helped anyone.You spend your life with a fear and you're missing all the good parts.No regrets.You can't regret what you've done,something led you there.Your mind is the scene of crime.So regretting things is like regretting for the way you're thinking.
